We constantly review our charges to ensure they remain as competitive as possible. We have one of the most competitive hourly rates in Medway and the surrounding areas.

Callout Charge and First Hour - The callout charge to clients within the Medway area costs just £25 and this includes of the first hour of support FREE. Clients in the surrounding areas will be charged an additional small mileage rate. We find that the majority of problems can be resolved within 1 hour.

Subsuent Hours - All work that will take longer then the first FREE hour to complete, the technician will advise you before proceeding. If you wish to have the further work done, this will cost you just £20 for each hour thereafter.

Our technicians are based at their home offices and we do not incur the cost of an expensive business office. We are thus able to pass this saving on to our customers.

We accept payment by cash, cheque and credit card. Cheques can only be accepted if accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card. A receipt is given for all work.

We offer training on most applications from gaining the most out of your computer to showing you how to find and download music from the internet and create audio CDs. Your computer can do so many things, but sadly many people never make the most out of their equipment.

Sometimes just a short informal training session is required to get you started, and with that comes the confidence to progress.
